Almost all mobs hide. Examples (there are more):
Pixie, Nymph, Brownie, Irin, Ranger, Gremlin, Iachimo, Hound
Chairman, Idiot, Gertrude, Hela, sheeka, cat
Aude the Witch sees invis and is aggro.
Devil's Huntsman is aggro (can't see invis)
Pumpkin Man is aggro (can't see invis)
Not sure who else is aggro
Battle info at this time:
Ranger Lord: Full Harms, Fireballs, and Shouts.
The witches (Aude Gertrude Hela) all seem to fireball. Aude shouts.
